ABOUT THE COMPANY:

RANCHO OASIS NURSERIES, LLC was formed to bring together several existing nursery resources that have been in development for over thirty years. Both mature growing grounds started thirty years ago and newer grounds providing Mexican fan palms, Mediterranean fan palms and queen palms. The principals are MARV GLUSAC and MARK EVANS.

MARV GLUSAC started growing palm trees in 1990 as a hobby that soon became a full time business of cultivating and assembling mature palm trees. Marv has provided these trees to numerous landmark properties developed throughout the Western United States, for well over 10 years. This includes supplying all varieties of trees for the Legoland Park in San Diego, California , many Southern California golf courses and several of Las Vegas' premier strip resorts.

MARK EVANS has been in real estate and business development since 1978. Mark is currently in partnership in a large landscaping construction company as well as a founding member of RANCHO OASIS. Mark is responsible for finance, administration and business development of RANCHO OASIS NURSERIES.
